Round 3 funding for Men's Sheds now available

Round Three of the Men's Sheds Program is now open.

See the attached letter from the Department of Planning and Community Development's Community Investment Executive Director, Corinne Young and an electronic version of the Men's Sheds Program 2009-10 guidelines.

Applications close on Thursday 10 December 2009.

The Department's Regional Teams will be contacting interested organisations shortly and can provide hard-copies of the guidelines.

Victorian Multicultural Commision major funding round now open

The Victorian Multicultural Commission major funding round is now open for applications.  The major funding round includes:

  • Promoting Harmony program
  • Organisational Support program
  • Seniors program
  • Building and Facilities program
  • Education program
  • Strengthening Multicultural Communities program

Applications close 18 December 2009.

VMC Festivals and Events Grants

Applications for the Victorian Multicultural Commission's 2010 - 2011 Round One Festivals and Events Program are now open.

The Festivals and Events Grants are for multicultural festivals, conferences or events held between July 2010 and January 2011.  The purpose of the program is to support our multicultural heritage and showcase Victoria's diversity to the community.

Women's Organisation Capacity Building Project

The Queen Victoria Women’s Centre Trust is seeking proposals from Victorian Women’s Organisations / Women’s businesses interested in working in partnership to research, develop and deliver a series of funding capacity building workshops for women’s organisations.
