NH&LC Sector Agreements 2007 & 2008 and Pay Tables
The NH&LC Sector Collective Agreements 07 and 08 continue to apply to any organisation signed on to them until the organisation signs onto a new agreement.
07 or 08 Agreement respondents that did not sign on to the NHACE Collective Agreement 2010, continue to be bound by the older agreement.
See below for the 07 and 08 Agreements and their current pay tables. These paytables have been updated to reflect the impact of the July 2011 National Wage Case.
The Agreement levels affected by the July 2011 National Wage Case adjustments are:
• Adult and Community Education (PACCT) workers: level 1 (years 1,2 and 3) and Level 2, (years 1,2 and 3)
• Neighbourhood House Employees (SACS): All levels
• Childrens Services employees: All levels.
The new pay tables are effective from the first pay period commencing on or after 1 July 2011.
